I live in south florida and I currently have the stock all season tires on my 2015 kia forte koup sx, I am thinking about buying new tires to improve handling, would summer tires make a difference in my car's handling ?

As long as you buy good quality tires then it will improve every aspects of your cars performance. Acceleration, handling, and braking.

Tires are the least glorious performance mod but everything is channeled through them to the road.

I have changed my stock tires to Toyo T1 sports and the difference is night and day in wet and dry.
