HI: Not sure if someone has put this link in here yet but the KIA support site in the US is open for anyone to sign up. It's pretty good- has TSB's, Recalls, Service and parts manuals etc. for all the current (and most older) KIA models.
I just signed up for an account with no problem:
It's only US models but most things should be the same.

I love that site. It's how I learned a lot about the car before i got one. I have it bookmarked.

The best part is it has torque values for almost every fastener on the entire car. Very valuable info there.
