I've been thinking about either gutting my 2nd cat or getting a catted downpipe.

With a car under warranty I always like having the option to go back to stock within a few hours so I want to have an intact stock downpipe around.

Anybody know where to get one? Or how much they are? I've done a decent amount of searching but just haven't called a dealer yet.

Hopefully a stock one is available cheaper than an aftermarket catted downpipe.

Well your second cat is on the mid pipe. Only good downpipes out there is Tork or 845 motorsports that we can use. Hit up one of those vendors that have them. As for the 2nd cat you would have to gut it or remove it and have a shop make it so you can put it back on for smog checks

Manifold >turbo > downpipe > mid pipe > rest of exhaust?

I really need to get under my car...

My goal is really just to remove the 2nd cat for some cheap horsepower.

Mine only come 3" stainless steel with a 12 gauge tight 90 at the turbo, 3 ply stainless flex joint, 3 O2 bungs and a V-band clamp (no small factory flanges allowed).
Since I am not a vendor here I won't sell them or compete with the vendors we have that offer similar items but the next time I have it off I will take pictures of it for all to drool over.

I think if I can get my hands on a downpipe I might go through with gutting the other cat. Maybe if 6th doesn't have an FMIC by Christmas I will use my bonus on that.
