I was using a spare wheel for a while and the TPMS light would flash at startup and stay on. When I changed back to the original wheel, the TPMS light still stayed on for months despite full tire pressures. My 2016 Forte5 sx has no reset button.
To fix it, I turned on the ignition and let air out of one tire to about 20psi, then filled it to the specified 33psi. I repeated that for each of the other 3 tires. The next time I drove it a few miles at highway speed, the light went out and has stayed out.
