Tonight I was unlucky and ran out of gas a few hundred feet from the gas station. I got a fuel can and the car started back up, however, the car is showing some errors.

The TPMS light is on indicating an error (I checked all tires and they are at manufacturer recommended level)
The EPS light is also on (Steering seems strange, a little stiff and doesn't straighten out quickly by itself after turning)

I checked for trouble codes and have 2
P2159 (Listed as "Pending Fault")
C1555 (gray code)

Additionally, it feels like the power isn't there and the car is rough when letting off the gas at low speeds while in gear.

Any insight?

Arrgh

First I must chastise you. Using an entire tank is never in the best interest of any GDI car. Despite the internal tank fuel filter it is never a good idea to suck up all the crap that lies in ANY fuel tank over time.
Never go below a quarter tank from here on out.
As far as the car acting funny, I'm sure there is some air in your lines.
Now that you have filled her up I would disconnect the negative battery cable and put her back to factory defaults. Run her, run a torque diagnostic and clear any codes. You might ave to do this twice.
Ignore the C1555 code ists a generic fault inherent to all OBD readers.:p
