I have no use for this anymore and am looking to sell it for about $150. It comes with a re-tine from RaceChip as well so you should be able to send it back to them and have them retune it for another car if you want. It's MSRP is about $550 just an FYI, so this is a steal of a deal!

Does this one have the bluetooth app control?

It does not. Just the face buttons on the device itself.
