Nice car bud. My first kia too. Build quality is much better than it used to be (though doors are easy to slam on these) and should serve you well.

I love the Koup but if I didn't get it with a sunroof and had the sliding part open all the time my head would hit the roof. I was a bit bummed on that because they had a loaded Koup m/t but was uncomfortable

I have always had an affinity for hatches and fastbacks. I love the rear ends on them so much more than coups and sedans.

I must say I really love the Koup as well but you just can't beat the rear end on the 5 in my opinion

When i first started researching the Forte, I was leaning more towards the Koup but I really liked the older body style over the new gen. I think the Forte5 looks amazing in the new body style and is made for it!

@julio Welcome to the Kia life. Trust me I dont think anyone was about that KIA life until they started researching and actually realized how great of a product the Kia is. If only we got more respect in the Tuner crowd! Sick of seeing nothing but STIs and EVOs.

Good start for sure. I would ditch all the stock worm clamps on the charge pipes for T-bolt clamps while your at it. Also I would acid wash your i.c. Seemed to help on mine when I did it. Oh and a better BOV because the stock one tears easy

Look at the TurboXS SML it is a tight fit but works great

You could just vent your bpv to atmosphere until you get yourself an intercooler. It makes an amazing sound.

If you already ordered the 6th intake then you are in for a pleasant surprise.

Could do that but the stock one is prone to tears.

If it tears then go get a new one for free!

A BOV is a good mod. It's just personal preference to do it when you get an intercooler since you will have to anyway. Do you boo boo.

For those that are tuned its a good investment once your tuned. Once I got tuned I ran the stock but switched because the stock had a small tear in it. Plus a real BOV holds the boost better for when your tuned also. If your going to a FMIC depending on what you get you will need one but there is a flange for the SML but it would have to go on the FMIC itself since the piping would be to small for the flange

Btw the bvp to the atmosphere sound pretty good
