More options?

Alot of cars now days have lots of micro computers. Some have lots of options that can be changed from the dealer. A good example on the optima is the steering mode (user selectable on ours)

So until i can get my hands on a handheld to check these setting, does anyone know what other settings there are? Sometimes its stuff like adjusting the heated seats, changing fog light usage based on region, follow me home light duration etc.

I know we have a few kia techs on here. So if you guys get the time, would it be possible for you to see what you can find find for us? I will try to post all options and if they are allowed in the first post for simple reading

P.s. If you find any for the optima to please let me know

P.p.s. I am mostly looking to see if there is an option to run fogs with parking lights without having to rewire.

i would assume that your foglight idea is more based on if they are wired like a standard way with a relay or if they are wired through a control box of some sort

Hon: yes. On both my old saab and volvo you had the option to change the fogs to run with parking lights. You had to change the region to europe. But it worked. Other options were like i said heated seat comfort level, adjust spedometer, central locking system (uset accesable on forte/optima), follow me home lighting(duration, option is user accesable on forte), and others.

Koup, thanks, i have seen this, but if it's available through software I would rather explore that option first. But if I do have to wire it up, i plan to do surround leds with positioning lights and then fogs with the switch powered on with parking lights.
