Update, I've figured out the problem (I think). The emblem I received is 60mm, which is the standard size, but the emblem I pulled off of my car is 64mm. (Unless my ruler is off, or I don't know how to use it.)

I pulled mine off and put the K badge long time ago and didn't have a issue. Just pull straight out and all is good
