My tire pressure light came on the other morning when it was pretty cold outside. I checked all my tires and they still had same psi. Anyone know how to turn the low pressure light off?

Buy a Canadian forte. Jk.... I think the k900 is the only kia in Canada that has tire pressure sensors. They always have problems in cold weather. Also did you check the pressure right away? Or wait until the tires warm up. Usually tires loose a bit of pressure when they are cold.

I hated TPMS, only way around in winter months is add 2-4psi, so if 32 on door put 34-36psi. So on cold days will not drop below range before notifying driver.

As well some cars require you to drive 5-30 km's before light resets.

As well low pressure light could be caused by expensive sensor gone bad or damaged or out of sync.

Glad my Canadian '14 Forte5 SX doesn't have them.

Same thing happened with my wife's optima. No biggie. Just means the tire pressure was a little low to begin with and the cold air trips the sensor

It doesn't get very cold here in New Mexico so I was surprised when it came on but I knew it was from being kinda cold out. I guess I'll just add an extra pound or two per tire. Thanks for the answers
