I've noticed that my driver side fog light seems to be pointed at the ground a bit too much for my liking, it's much lower than the passenger fog light. I took the car to the dealer to get it adjusted (I've only had the car a week) . They told me that the fog lights aren't adjustable. I find this really hard to believe.

Has anyone taken a look at the fog lights? Are they adjustable? How hard is it to get the front bumper cover off?

I know I had my grill replaced for one without the front plate mount they said you have to be super careful pulling off the front bumper. There are two screws in the wheel well but everything else is clipped in. But if you pull the bumper too hard it will actually rip

Not to worry, I have had mine off more than 30 times and have not damaged it at all. The worst part is the clips that hold the cover to the fender. Take the 2 plastic push in clips from the bottom and turn the wheels so you can get your hand inside behind the bumper cover up near the fender and there are 2-10mm bolts on each side that you can remove and the pain in the ass clips with the cover with just a little wiggle downwards (not even necessary to put them back in right away if you plan on doing more work later). Once those are free on both sides remove the 4-10mm bolts on top and the 2 push in pins under then pull and wiggle straight out (there is a pinch slot holding it under each headlight so do one side at a time). Once you get one side out 4-6" reach down and disconnect the plug for the fog light, repeat on the other side and you are done. Don,t be scared it really isn't that delicate.

The fog lights do have adjusters and the drivers side can be done from the top by removing the air box and reaching down the hole where the CAI would go. Or you could turn the wheels to the right all the way and remove the 2 push in clips from the bottom and move the plastic out of the way and adjust from there. No need to pull the bumper.
