It's not just 2psi but holding boost all the way to redline would help this car tremendously.
In stock form, the boost control by the ecu will only give the max 15-16psi for a few hundred RPM. As you rev the engine out, boost is tapered off to about 9-10 psi at redline (according to logs i have taken).
I am sure a huge power increase comes from just holding the 15-16 psi all the way to redline. Though with a tune you can make that even higher and you can adjust the other parameters needed to keep that tune safe at that boost level.

Thanks for the info I was actually watching some you tube videos the other day on pipe beading. Most of them had the exhaust clamp and vise grips but it looked hard to get nice bead then I came across one with modified crimpers like what you have. Looks like they made nice beads too.... I tried my unmodified crimpers on some old exhaust couples and they made nice beads besides leaving some marks because I never cut the tip off yet. They would be a little time consuming but most of us here would only need to bead a couple pipes. Not like we doing it everyday at work so for free to $20, they work great and easy to use.....

Nothing on the butt dyno besides my surge/hesitation was completely gone. This mod was actuallt targeted for that reason to. And it worked

I have ordered the parts to develop a hot pipe and also FMIC kit. I should have a hot pipe design nailed down by the end of this month

I dont have a boost gauge yet. Its on order
But i have a shitty analong sunpro one i use for testing at work.
Withoit the hotpipe i would see exactally what itsjustme was stating
A fluctuation of psi at wot for 18psi to 12-14 very quickly. I basically would flutter the gauge at full boost wot . im sure if i would hook it up now it woulf not do that.
I cant speak for 6th because its his product. But the hotpipe will most likely be in the mid to high 100s.
It will be one peice and smaller piping compared to the cai
3.5 vs 2.5 .. Also your just talking piping and no filter.
Therfore thats how im coming up with this estimate.
You can either put together your own with the list of parts. Or you can wait for 6th
If your not having surging issue i would say just wait. I was experiancing alot of hesitation/compressor surge
Therefor i pushed for this mod to confirm it was a fix. Which is was
