Intakes are underway! I expect to start shipping the first batch by Oct 15th.
I will start taking pre-orders for these kits when we launch our new website and store front in the next couple days.
I will make that announcement in a separate thread.
I have a dyno appointment to run both of these intakes on Friday morning. I am eager to post results!
Meanwhile, you guys can express your interest in this thread, and I will start a list.
Now about the intakes.
Cold Air: Intro price is $240 shipped to cont. 48 states. Anywhere else please email for shipping quote.
Normal price for this intake will be $250 plus shipping.

NO recirc option for BOV
Short Ram: Intro price is $195 shipped

Feedback welcome. Now on to pictures!
Please note, mounting bracket is not finished yet and not shown in these pictures.

UPDATE:
Dyno went better than expected. I didn't have much time (paying by the hour) so cooling off in between runs was not an option
I wish I had some more time to let everything cool between setups.
So, pulled into the shop and the owner was just starting to set up his dyno dynamics dynometer.
I was strapped up in about 20 minutes and made the first and best completely stock pull. 177 whp and 192 wtq
We did 2 more pulls for stock, but each one pulled worse than the other, about 3-4 hp less each time.

Next, I swapped to the Short Ram intake in about 10 minutes. Engine just got hotter in that time. He had a fan going but it didn't do much in that short time.
Again, the first pull of this setup was the best. The next few runs just got worse as oil and coolant temp increased.
I was happily surprised by the increase. I wasn't expecting this much given the circumstances. 184 whp and 195 wtq.
Green curve is Short Ram, Red curve is stock. (ignore blue curve, that was cold air run overlayed)

Lastly, I added the cold air extension in just a few minutes, and tried to wait another 10-15 min for cooling, but by now it was getting hotter outside, so that didn't help much.
Good news is we got a few extra HP and TQ. It also increased along the entire powerband. The first run came to 186 whp and 197 wtq. If you look at this graph, you will see the Cold Air curve (green ) is above the Short Ram curve (blue) pretty much the entire powerband.
Much better than i was expecting.
