I am wanting to put a blow off valve on my 2015 forte 5 turbo but don't know where to start. I can not find any aftermarket parts for it and could use some help.

Also I honestly don't know where my turbo is located on the car. I just bought this thing and I know it sounds stupid but I don't know where it is. I can obviously see the intercooler, the intake, the lines running from both. I'm not the only one to look at this and not be able to find it. Help me please!

The BOV is located on the top of the intercooler, under the radiator support, if you remove the factory air box, you will be able to see it.

It's been generally recommend to skip replacing the factory BOV if you plan on replacing the factory intercooler because you will have to replace it then anyways, and the one you buy for the factory intercooler won't work on any aftermarket intercooler.

Are you looking for the BOV or the turbo? The turbo is on the back of the engine surrounded by heat shields and is under the large aluminum air intake plenum running across the back behind the valve cover.

Just spend the money on a Cai or Sri instead which will cause you to have to do the bpv to atmosphere mod which will give you that sound you are looking for and better performance gains than upgrading the bov.

First, welcome to the forum!

Second, there is currently only one aftermarket bolt-on blow off valve available to install on your engine ad it is a little bit of a pain to get to install it. The only positive to that part is it will hold more boost than the stock valve when you go to run higher boost levels. It is made by TurboXS.

If you are looking for the blow off valve sound, you will get that sound from your stock valve if you purchase an intake system. With an aftermarket intake system, the stock valve is no longer restricted, and you will be able to har the valve loud and clear. The other positive is the increased power from the intake system.
