    the hole from the intake will need to be blocked off, that will cause weird things to happen, you can either block the hole and remove the hose completely, or leave the hose and just block the hose if it is still attached to the intake.

    Any recommendations for an extra check valve to keep boost from back flowing into the PCV valve which would pressurise the crank case with boost if the PCV valve didn't do its job, failed or leaked, letting boost leak thru?

    Here you go:
    Aluminum One-Way Check Valve 10mm Barbed

    It heavy duty, cleanable, get the largest barb you can fit on your hose.

    Anyone know the inner diameter of the recirc intake hose connector? I will buy a barbed plug.
