    Kia's Warranty Extension to Help Owners During COVID-19

    Coronavirus Important Update


    As the challenge of COVID-19 changes every aspect of our lives in Great Britain, Kia Motors (UK) Limited is primarily focused on protecting customers, employees and of course key workers.


    Currently all of our sales showrooms are closed but many of our workshops up and down the country are remaining open to look after those motorists essential to our response to this disease.


    However, we remain available through all of our internet and social media channels to assist you — our customers — in any way we can and our Customer Contact Center is also fully operational to answer any questions you may have.


    To help allay any anxieties you may have we have also produced FAQ's that provides wide-ranging information. We will keep this service updated as the challenge persists and we look forward to providing you with the fullest service you expect and deserve as soon as our Government advises us that the current restrictions are being lifted.

    Servicing Your Kia


    If the Service Department is operating with reduced opening hours, any work undertaken by the Service team will be undertaken by appointment only. Please continue to book online giving as much notice as practical or contact us. Dates offered are restricted to reflect the current known working hours. We will always be prioritising the Key workers (as defined by the Government, such as NHS staff and frontline health and social care staff).

    ONLINE SERVICE BOOKING


    MOT


    If your car is due a MOT, the recent Government announcement has stated that “From 30 March 2020, MOT due dates for cars, motorcycles and light vans will be extended after 6 month“. This is being done to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

    If you are a Kia Finance customer and you have any queries on your contract or your financial situation has changed due to Coronavirus, please visit our dedicated support page where you can find help and information as well as being able to manage your finance contract online.
